From what I am reading this seems to be an on going theme. I recently upgraded my phone in order to get the Free NFL Sunday ticket. I did it through a chat agent, the agent confirmed that I was eligible. When I put the order through, my confirmation email shows the same, that I am eligible for free NFL Ticket. I EVEN GOT THE EMAIL THAT TELLS ME I RECEIVED THE PROMOTION AND TO REDEEM and now when I click on the email it takes me to a page that is charging me to pay $480. I chatted with an agent, she confirmed that she can see that I am eligible BUT NO ACTUAL SOLUTION WAS PRESENTED? They told me that I will have to wait until 9/22/23 before I will even hear back from someone in regards to my situation. What a joke, I have ample proof that I have received this, why is it going to take a week to get it figured out. C'mon Verizon. I have 4 different confirmations that I received the promotion, lets get this figured out because this is just down-right frustrating and pathetic.

I am having the same issue. They have had an โelevated ticketโ for 2 weeks now, and I (after being told today 9/19/24 it would be fixed) still get the error message that says "Looks like this offer has already been redeemed or is no longer available. If you feel this is in error, please contact us for assistance.โ
I am not sure what the fix is, but it seems that its a systemic issue based on my internet search browsing.
