What a joke, a company puts out a promo that doesn't work. I upgraded my phone for the sole reason of taking advantage of receiving NFL Sunday Ticket. I was sent the activation email. After redeeming it, I am met with message saying activation pending. I have been in contact with Verizon multiple times. Two weeks of the season all ready gone. When they could not make their promo work, they decided to tell me I should get in touch with YouTube TV or NFL Sunday Ticket support. Trying to pass the buck because they can't figure it out. I have about had it with Verizon. About time to start looking at other options. Very disappointed in Verizon.
