The sales rep sold me on Sunday ticket, had me pay off my phones with T-Mobile saying the phones were eligible to be transferred to Verizon, then when I paid them off and was ready to switch he said one of my phones wasn’t eligible and I need to buy a new phone with Verizon. I bought a S23. Been calling since August 3rd to get Sunday ticket activated. Multiple tickets opened . Was told to wait for an email. Then today I get told I have to go return the S23 and buy an S24 to be eligible for Sunday ticket. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon more than I’ve talked to my wife on the phone. I very much regret leaving T-Mobile.
