Has anyone received the email for the 2024 NFL Suday Ticket promotion. I've upgraded to Unlimited Plus and also upgraded my phone to. Galaxy Flip 6, but no email yet.

I finally got the signup link today ,  I missed 3 weeks of Sunday ticket value.  Who do I talk to get fair compensation for my lost value and over 5 hours of time spent to get the promised promotion?

I have had the same problem been a month 5 calls and 3 online messages sessions and still nothing. Horrible

I have called 4 times over the last month about not receiving the redemption email. I just called again and the agent tried to tell me that I had to wait 46 - 60 days for the redemption. I told her that doesn't make any sense because football will be just about over. At first she didn't know anything about the promotion. I had to explain to her what it was about. After about an hour on the line with her I asked for a supervisor. She said she would try to locate one. Came back on the line about 15 minutes later and told me a supervisor would be calling me back in 15 minutes. It has been 2 hours and no call. If any customer rep can help please do so...

I've been going in circles trying to get the email for my NFL Sunday Ticket that is in my contract! I've had to file a complaint with the BBB and I suggest everyone do the same.

Got a text from Verizon telling me they would call me this am  between 9:[phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] to work on my NFL Sunday ticket issue.  Surprise no call!! They are terrible!

I bought a new phone and got NFL Sunday ticket. During enrollment something happened and the enrollment was not completed. My email and password were not entered to bind the accounts. Needless to say, I canโ€™t watch NFL Sunday ticket. Customer service has been no help. One of them even tried to get me to buy another service. Can some help. All Verizon has to do is to reset the NFL Sunday ticket so I can complete the enrollment

I have not been able to redeem my nfl Sunday ticket after being told that I would get a email in ten days. 

Still no email. 

I call customer support every day. 

I'm on hold with them now as a matter of fact. 

They refuse to honor the agreement. I actually have never met anyone who has successfully redeemed this promotion. 

I have been to the store, spent countless hours on the phone. even tech support is in shock that I have not received it. They can't do anything except escalate the ticket and after doing so ten + times I assume it's escalated to it's maximum height...

I'm so upset. It reflects that I'm eligible. 

It shows up on my account but I only get a error code when I go to redeem . 

I will never give up. 

I'll be here posting and calling and visiting the store daily.

This is very discouraging as I am in the same situation.  Having to contact Support every day and being told to wait 24 hours for an email. And then to read that people who get the promo code are still charged, is extremely unsettling! This sounds lije false promises. Maybe we need to reach out to the Better Business Bureau.

Iโ€™m enrolled  never got email to activate. Went to Verizon store said expedite the order to get email. Nothing. Called same. Nothing. Chat said same. Nothing
