Has anyone received the email for the 2024 NFL Suday Ticket promotion. I've upgraded to Unlimited Plus and also upgraded my phone to. Galaxy Flip 6, but no email yet.

Save here. Never received email and checked the "made the most of plan". Nothing. Have been a customer for years with 4 lines and 2 watches and this is how they treat us after beating us to upgrade to get the promo. Football starts Sunday. So many people are in the same boat. Really wish they would resolve this. Account says enrolled but I can't access to set it up.

Still waiting. Worse customer service I have ever seen. It's pathetic how they offer something and can't even manage to send a single email with a link. My account is stuck saying account enrolled but I cannot use it. All this headache when I lay them 500 a monthfor service.

I also cannot access my offer. I needed a new phone so decided to do it now to get nfl Sunday ticket. Was assured in store my phone purchase qualified. Told would receive an email and could sign up then. Never received an email..called Verizon was told didnโ€™t see offer on our account transferred us to YouTube tv..they wanted to charge us 499 but when we said it was supposed to be free thru Verizon said they donโ€™t do that bcs Verizon is their competitors???? Tried calling again a few days later and was told she didnโ€™t see that offer but spent the next half hour lookingโ€ฆbut was just looking at trying to get us to change up our plan to something more expensiveโ€ฆthen said sorry canโ€™t help go back to store. Went back to storeโ€ฆthey said oh you need to be on a dif plan. Assured us we would get an emailโ€ฆif not to call and all the info was on our โ€œticketโ€ and they would know what we were talking about and would get us signed up. No emailโ€ฆcalled and nope didnโ€™t know what we were talking about. Spent a couple hrs trying to get it straight out was told he put a โ€œticketโ€ in and we would receive an email. Guess whatโ€ฆ.Nothing again. I am so frustrated and tired of dealing with the lies and run around. We have been customers for 25+ years and I am ready to switch. Reading all the comment shows that Verizon does not care if they promise things to get you to sign up for their promotions and donโ€™t fulfill those promises.i have wasted countless hours on this and it ridiculous.

In order for that to work I would need to have received an email. I have been told countless time I would receive an email and have not. Just love the runaround and misleading information you continue to give us.

Verizon obviously will not fix this. Itโ€™s ridiculous that countless ppl are dealing with this issue. Can it be that hard Verizon to make this work right??? My next step is bbb and we are looking at switching to another wireless company because after countless hours wasted in store and on hold with customer service Verizon has refused to fix something that should have been an easy fix despite promises that it will be taken care of. So much for being  a loyal customer (Verizonโ€™s words that mean nothing) for 25+ years. I will never fall for another of your promotion lies.

I moved to Verizon from T-Mobile  last month specifically to take advantage of this promotion.  I did everything I was supposed to do but Verizon has failed me at every turn so far. I missed the first week of the NFL because of their ineptitude.

  • New Customer.
  • Traded In Old Phone.
  • Bought New Expensive Phone.
  • Paid For Unlimited Plus Plan.

After spending an hour at the local Verizon store (who couldn't help me) and another hour on the phone with Verizon customer service, I  STILL have not yet received an activation email or activation notification in the Verizon app. I was told a "ticket" had been created and "escalated". That was almost a week ago.

The customer care agent promised a call back yesterday at 4:00 PM with an update on my status, but that didn't happen.  I'm a pretty reasonable guy but this is beyond frustrating. What gives? Am I going to miss week 2?

We signed up for home internet and were supposed to receive a free subscription to NFL Sunday ticket. I never received the sign up email and I've called Verizon 3 times now and they keep saying they've escalated the issue and I should receive the email. I just called again today and they said within 3-5 days I would receive the email. I'm now going to miss the first two weeks of the subscription due to Verizons incompetence. If this isn't resolved immediately I'm canceling my internet as well as the 4 other phone lines I have with them!

This same issue is happening w me. We switched to 5G home internet and were told we would get an activation email for nfl ticket. It never came. We called customer service and spent hours on the phone and were told we would get an email in 3 days. The three days have passed and the email is not here and now itโ€™s Sunday and we are unable to access the promised NFL ticket. I need this resolved ASAP!

I have been in a call for hours tech support sent me to YouTube they told me that Verizon never paid for Sunday ticket I donโ€™t have anything  calling Verizon  again mean while we are missing the game this is so horrible I should have just stayed previous service!!
