As a new subrcriber you're supposed to received a $200 you can claim after a period of time. I'm waiting for mine that "has been sent" about a month and a half ago... I feel I got tangled in a false ad by Verizon...
Custmer service gave me a Black Hawk Team nunmber to call that doesn't land anywhere.. Seems fishy...
