Ordered a phone and never received it. 

Initially ordered one, went to check status and was told there was no order so they would place it for me. Well lo and behold now there's two orders. So I chatted with another rep and said just cancel both. I am checking tracking number and it says it has been returned. I also contacted ups and they said it was returned to the sender(Verizon) three weeks ago! But today it still shows as an active line and I am being charged for it. I have chatted with multiple reps since then and no one knows what is going on but I keep being told I won't be charged, even though it is on my bill.

This must be a thing with Verizon because the same exact thing happened to me! Idk if it’s UPS messing up or Verizon or both! Either way it was a huge inconvenience
