I have a family account with Verizon and was very pleased with the service and cost until recently. My bill has continued to raise and the service connection has dropped immensely. I would like to stay with Verizon but my phone is almost unusable at work, when at one point it had great coverage there. What is going on?

-What service plan do you have?
-What's the make and model of your phone, and is it fully updated?
-Do you have zero service at work (can't call, text, or go online without Wi-Fi), or is it just your data speed is slow?
-How long have you been having the service issues?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
