Pro on the go

I’ve been a customer 21 years and ordered a phone online and was to be delivered by pro on the go. No one ever showed up and still no phone. I’ve spent at least 6 hours on the phone and dealt with a half a dozen people. The phone is still being charged to my account. This is absolutely horrible.  I just want my phone or a credit back.
