We got 5 new phones in July and an Ipad. 3 Iphones and 2 Samsungs. Upgraded plans to get $800+ off the phones and a free Ipad. We were hesitant to do the Ipad because we really didn't need a service plan on it but the deal was $10 a month for the plan for 3 years and the iPad would be free with the phone plan upgrade. So $360 for an iPad. Didn't seem like a bad deal.
Right away, I could see that the iPad wasn't free and I questioned it. "Oh, give it a couple months for the promo to be activated, if it isn't go online and they can fix it." Well, here we are, almost into November and we are paying $27 a month for the iPad (including $10 service plan). I should have gone with my gut and just went to Best Buy and bought one outright. Would have saved us a bunch of money. Tried to get the promo fixed online but they won't do anything. They tell me I need to go to where I purchased it. I haven't been able to do that yet due to some health issues that have some up.
Other promo fails we have had, one of the iPhone promos was taken away because it was determined that we changed the plan (we didn't). So now I'm paying full price for that phone. I've chatted online and have been told this would be fixed but there has been no resolution to this. Another Iphone was not given the full promo credit so we are making payments on that one, but it should have been free. This one was a new line. They act like they want to be helpful but there is never any resolution to any problem when you do a chat. I'm going to try to get to the store but I don't feel like that will be any better.

Hello, Lmd7896, we know how important it is for you to get the promotional credits for your purchase! You mentioned there was direction given to return to the original point of purchase. Can you let us know how/where your devices were purchased? On what date was your purchase completed?
