I'm a new customer to verizon and when I signed up I was offered a promotion of $200 gift card. It clearly states on my receipt that my promotion was applied and I have until November 7th to redeem it but after activation and speaking to multiple representatives no one seems to be able to help me with the redemption. I keep getting told I should receive an email and my request was escalated and should be receing a response and they would follow up in a few days and no one seems to follow up or emails sent out with redemption code. It was one of the reasons why we made the switch to verizon at that time. This issues has been going on almost 1 month without anyone giving an answer.

Hey there, Lainez1, we're so glad you chose Verizon and want to help make sure you can claim your gift card! You mentioned you're not seeing any way to claim your gift card. Have you been able to submit a rebate request on our website? If not, can you please let us know the date your order was placed? Did you place the order online?

Yes I placed the order online 9/18/2024. No I have not been able to submit a rebate request or redeem anything be ause i have not received an email regarding the promotion or code. I have spoken to several representatives regarding this matter and just keep getting told that I should receive an email with instructions. They provide me the website where to go and get the promotion but I keep telling them o have not received the email with the promotion code or how to redeem it. 
My receipt shows that the promotion was applied when I made the purchase and it gives me the date of when to redeem it by but nothing else. This has been an on going issue for a while now since I'm getting close to the redeem by date but no one seems to give me an answer.
