Hi I would like to do a return and upgrade and try and get the online deal to save 430 dollars on the iPhone 16 pro max does anybody know how to do it? It won’t let me through the app. Been debating on switching carriers because of how bad the deals are with Verizon lately. Thanks in advance!
Hey, Juan1400, we want to make sure you're able to return and upgrade to get that deal! Is your phone paid off? If so you can upgrade from the My Verizon app under device > manage > upgrade. Let us know if that helps!

It’s not paid off but it says if I pay 80 bucks I can return and upgrade but when I try it won’t show the deal even tho it doesn’t require a trade in and I have the right unlimited plan too
