I signed up for 5g home plus and have spoken with multiple agents about redeeming the offer. The last agent I spoke to said she added it to my account but I don’t see it at all. Could I get some help with this??

You’ll never get it. I’ve been trying to get my rebate. (NFL Sunday Ticket since  July. Multiple tickets and escalations no response from them.

No, I have yet to receive an email or code or any information whatsoever regarding my rebate. I’ve been going back n forth for a while over the phone already, so if you can’t add it or help me out I’d appreciate just not responding.

Why are so many Verizon customers having issues redeeming the offer for 5G home Internet? I’m having the exact same issue and can’t get resolution.

thank you. Service was started on April 11  so it’s been about 75 days. No email has been received. Nothing is in my spam folder and no available redemptions are available in my account on the Verizon app
