Rebate offer not appearing: BBYSWITCHER24

Hello!
I ported two numbers from T-Mobile to a new Verizon account after seeing the $200 e-gift card offer, code "BBYSWITCHER24", described at Switch to Verizon Gift Card Offer - Best Buy. Two new, qualifying devices were purchased online from Best Buy on 5/25.
Unfortunately, I do not see the rebate associated with either of the new lines on My Verizon. The BBYSWITCHER24 code likewise is not accepted by https://vzw.com/rebate with my purchase date. Attempting to use the support chat agent just rerouted me to the same directions -- thus, here I am.
How can I get assistance with validating eligibility for the BBYSWITCHER24 rebate offer and associating it with the new lines for redemption? The offer was a significant part of what got me to switch; I'm hopeful this will be easy enough to resolve.

Circling back for anyone else who may run into the problem:
- Per Izzy's investigation (thank you!), the promotion code should be "BBYSWITCH24", not "BBYSWITCHER24" -- the Best Buy site is wrong.
- https://vzw.com/rebate accepted the BBYSWITCH24 code with my purchase date, but did not send a confirmation email to initiate (even trying three separate email addresses)
- But! Choosing the "re-send the confirmation email" option immediately did send an email, and I was able to initiate the actual rebate order from there.
Now I have a tracking number and an ETA of 6/30 for an update, which is great progress.

I purchased the new phones from Best Buy on 5/24, 25 days ago. The new lines with the numbers ported from T-Mobile were then first activated on 5/28. Regardless of which date I provide, https://vzw.com/rebate immediately rejects the code with the error "Promo Code with the Order/Purchase date can’t be found. Please check your information and try again." -- screen snip included for reference.
