My wife and I switched to Verizon early last month, and was given notification that I would be receiving a notice in my notifications page regarding a 200 dollar rebate per number transitioned to Verizon. I have since spoken with the store I switched at, and was told that this needs to be handled through My Verizon, and after a month and full billing cycle has passed, have still not received notification. There has been no place to submit information for the rebate, and I was not told of anything to actually submit.

I know I wouldn't want to leave any rebate money on the table myself, Pkoffman105. Normally, you'd receive a text message to redeem the rebate. Let's take a look into this and see how we can help. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.
