Rebates issue - Verizon Beats on us

I upgraded Iphone14 pro and bought an Apple Watch on Dec 22 along with the promotion of Beats Pro (Verizon Beats  on Us).  I double ensured the promotion that I will be getting back the amount I spent on Beats Pro..  I have been told that I will be receiving a Verizon Gift Card/Master Card for the amount, I have spent on Beats Pro. Its been already 3 months but I have not received anything. I have already spent at least 6 hrs with the customer care. Every time when I call customer care , they go and search for the promotion and finally they confirm that they will escalate but no success yet.

I am tired finally . If Verizon can't reimburse the Beats Pro , then please send me a  return label and I will send the Beats Pro back . Its hard to spend 225$ for a headphone at this time.

I’ve had the same exact problem. Talked to the location and customer service. Basically giving the run around going back and forth to each other.  I don’t want anything but a solution.

I have the same i purchased iPhone 14 pro Apple Watch, iPad, and beats and they were suppose to be free with rebate but I never received it

We have the same problem.  Back in December, my wife upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro. The Sales Associate in the store offered $460 off of $470 iPad (almost free iPad) and free Beats Fit Pro. It’s already April and we have not received the free beats fit pro. I have been passed around multiple times both by the store and phone customer service. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

I am about to lose my mind on this. I have spent 10 hours on the phone with verizon, the rebate center, etc. and in store... and no rebate. This is ridiculous and nobody knows anything.  It is hundreds of dollars. 

 

How do we get this rebate??

Same problem here- it’s infuriating!
I upgraded 2 phones at a local Verizon store in Dec 2022 during the same promotion:  With the Iphone14 pro I opted for the Beat Fits Pro and was assured a few times that I would  get the prepaid Mastercard by email in 2-3 weeks,  I stopped in the store in January when I hadn’t gotten the email:  They said they couldn’t help- I had to go through Customer Service: I called  on 1/21, 1/28, 2/23, 3/7, 3/18, and 4/14. Each call took 45 mins or longer with no resolution. I was told  “wait a week”; “ what promotion”,  “recheck your email”, “should be 2-4 weeks”, “ I will get back to you on 3/27 with a resolution”.  Today’s 51 minute call ended with “I’m sorry I can’t help you, you need to ask the store”

Now what?

Hello, I have had the same issue and nobody at the store where I initiated the deal or over the phone at customer care will help me resolve this issue. I have screenshots from the Business account rep who assured me that I would get the deal.

I have the same issue. 6 months later and no gift card. I’ve called at least 5 times. Was even sent to the store and told the manager needed to help me, which he could not and was told by him to call customer service,  I called again, several times. .i just get transferred each time.. No one seems to know how to help and I get the run around, yesterday I was told I never registered my email and had to do that within 30 days, but I have never received any email or information on how to do that, that is literally why i called back in January.  In January a support member told me they were verifying my email and just had to wait 8 weeks. I called several times since and keep telling them I haven’t gotten it. 6 months later….still no gift card. This promo seems to be flawed and way harder than it needs to be.  I just want the money for the beats back., Wouldn’t it be easier,  at this point,  to just give me a $220 credit?
