I am trying to redeem the offer of the 43 inch Samsung tv. It is supposed to be able to redeem August 20 and it says 30 days to redeem. It just takes me to a FAQ page. And for some reason I am unable to contact someone at customer support, apparently the chat isn't working either. Any help would be appreciated.
