Hello.

Been with VZW forever and want to discuss a deal to stay with Verizon. T-Mobile is now an option however it would be nice to stay. There are some great offers from the other carriers right now and I am all ready to switch but thought I'd try one last time with Verizon to see if I can stay.

Thank you

While carriers are constantly offering promotions to bring in new customers, there's no telling what you're getting until you've actually signed up.  In my own experience, this is one of those "If it isn't broken, don't fix it" things.  I left Verizon briefly thinking the grass would be greener elsewhere and that turned out to not be the case.  I've also seen posts from others who were longtime customers elsewhere and regret switching because their current service isn't what they were getting elsewhere.  No carrier can be perfect everywhere for everyone.

Hi, what I would like are four new higher end phones for FREE, even if it is paid over 36 months with like credit applied. I will upgrade our older plans to the new ultimate plans. That is what would make me stay. Thanks for your response.

Thanks so much for responding, Long-time-VZW. I do want to set proper expectations as we cannot gurantee the current offers available may provide free phones but we can check to see what your options are. I have sent you a Private Message.
