Samsung TV Offer

I upgraded my phone and plan to get the Verizon's Samsung tv deal for a free that was a 50' or 75" Samsung tv with an eligible upgrade. Completed the upgrade with an eligible phone and qualified plan. This was on December 1   for the activation etc.. 30 days later no email or tile on the app. I tried looking in different places and logging in directly from the website  Still nothing this is not ok

I ordered mine on 12/10 and everyone I've chatted with told me they'd get everything fixed but after 5 people. They don't know anything about this!

Under "Make the most of your plans" says I can redeem my samsung tv offer January 9. That is today and I'm still seeing no option to redeem.

I got my new 5g plan and phone in December and still have not seen anything about the tv

Contact the FCC. Verizon is required to respond to them and you get someone higher up.

I also never got my email. How do I redeemthis offer. I got my phone right after Thanksgiving.
