I signed up for the Samsung 75-inch TV promo in December and I have not received an email as stated by the sales rep in the store.  How long does it take to receive the email to redeem? It has been over 30 days.

They're not going to assist and they're going to likely lie and say you weren't eligible. Commenting here as I'm gathering documentation for the FTC. I'm just over being screwed by these companies. I've heard the 30 day lie, 60 day lie, new customers only lie, and now it's a trade in lie.

in December 2024, i went to a local Verizon store and purchased 3 phones and a gizmo watch and was told i qualified for a Samsung 75 inch TV promotion, the sales rep confirmed this with the corporate office all I was to do is return 3 old phones to compete the transaction, I did as instructed was also told i would get a redemption code in 30 to 60 days, which I never did, since them i have called numerous times to be told that when I turned in my phones they had miscoded the promotion and I needed to go back to my sales rep. when I did the sales rep called the corporate office  and confirmed the promotion and confirmed the error on their part. I was told countless times that i would get the redemption code soon. now I am being told it’s been shipped but they don’t have a tracking number. and again, trying to get me off the phone to keep pushing this further down the road so I will stop trying to get what I was to receive.
