Samsung TV offer disappeared

I switched to Verizon 5G home internet on April 22, 2025, before the April 30th cut off. . I was promised a 43 inch smart tv (or metavers gear).  I had a card inside my Verizon app for 2 months under my Perks that said Samsung TV 43"... Redeem on June 22.  I signed in on that day and the card was gone, no email want sent. I spent hours texting agents back and forth all night. I was asked my name and account number 5 times, asking me where I saw the offer, did I get an email..  then they ghosted me. No ticket was even opened. 

 

I'm getting the run around.

As someone who runs a help desk.. I'm extremely patient with other untrained techs... Texting with someone from 5pm to 10pm.. getting replies ONLY after I sent ?'s for status..  would get "hold on I'm looking this up.. " or can I have your name and number. Lolol

Fix this.

@Cheesewhizdog soo funny that you mention that cause the SAME B.U.L.L. happened to me! I even went to My Verizon app  store and they looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about!

@vzw_customer_support do you guys do this stuff on purpose to con people into signing up?
