Samsung TV promotion gone

On Feb 3rd I became recently eligible to get either the Samsung 50 or 70 tv.  I received an email to redeem and it was there on the app but after 2 days it's missing?  Here's the email redemption link below if you think I'm not telling the truth.

I just spent over 20 calls (which is one of the worst experiences in my life dealing with) on a separate issue just to run into this one?   

I waited 30 days after upgrading and activating both lines and upgrading to the Unlimited Unlimited plans in order to get the promo and it's not even available? 

 I used to love Verizon until I had an issue with my cell service, calling into the support number over 15 times, getting the wrong info, transferred to the wrong dept, hung up on, and worse of all being lied to.  

Please, if someone is reading this, make sure you just go into a store so you know who to go back to if something goes wrong or better yet, maybe just don't do it at all.

Im currently having the same problem and I got a bundle pack.that i didnt even need ....A   watch- tablet and new phone, just for the TV samsung OLED TV. My bf said it was to good to be true and that I wouldn't get it.  and I guess he's right cus after today's phone call and information I'm being told I don't even qualify then the guy tried to get me to pay my bill cus it would help the probability of qualifying like what ...
