This tv offer is a joke. I am on day 33 and still no voucher. Spoken with five reps only to be told they were escalating and I should receive an update on the app. Still no update and on top of that two of the agents hung up on me after keeping me on hold for over 20 minutes. Asked for my callback number but yet didn't call me back. On top of that when I spoke to the reps I have to validate where I saw the offer, what phone did I get etc. they send you a link to access your account but yet you have to prove what you did. I never had a problem in 13 years with verizon until this and I think it’s time for me to switch. Buyer watch out!

That's a lie. You can't get something that is SOLD OUT from Samsung themselves. Verizon should issue another TV in its place or a Credit so that those that have not gotten one can buy one. Your company earned billions last quarter and it wouldn't hurt you. But losing all these customers and another Class Action Lawsuit could.

Finally after going through hoop’s received the link to Samsung for the tv. After selecting the 75 inch and placing in the cart along with my shipping information I clicked accept and it said order received. After a couple of days I didn’t have a tracking number so I went back to the samsung site and it said that the tv was removed because it was out of stock. After going through samsung and verizon they told me to try for the 50” and it took and arrived in three days. I guess you can say this is resolved but I ended up with a tv that I didn’t upgrade for.

Ugh. Never. You are better than me. I wasn't even told there was another TV option. Was told it was for a 75in only. But I am glad you got one

Don't feel bad Rj. I am in the same boat, but I did receive the email link. But it was broken. After waiting another two weeks I received another link that worked. Took me to the page but the 75in Samsung TV is sold out. And Verizon will not offer another TV of the same value. Or even issue a credit towards the purchase through Samsung. It has been an uphill battle in the slimmest mud while getting pushed backwards the whole way. I feel your pain

Hello,

I started a new account Dec 22, 2024 and the tv was one of the promotions that helped me choose which provider to use. I haven't seen any emails or any information on the website with instructions on how to claim my tv. 

How do I access this information? If it even exists.

Verizon is straight up lying and I've launched a class action lawsuit against them regarding their false advertising. I've had multiple calls with them and they are telling me they are unable to resolve the issue. I requested to speak to supervisors and they are denying me that opportunity. They are flat out lying, so now they will have to deal with a lawsuit.
