Sunday Ticket Code Never Sent

I switched to  Verizon Home Internet 3 weeks ago and was never sent the NFL Sunday Ticket code. I spent hours on hold with reps and was assured it would come in 3-4 business days. It still has not come. If this is not resolved I will be cancelling and returning to spectrum.

My service is mobile home internet. I have received emails saying my service started and about adding a perk (not including Sunday ticket). I have not received any other confirmation emails.

I activated it on 8/2, I am on the highest plan and I never received an email about activating Sunday Ticket nor is that option available in the app. I have called 4x’s now and talked with an agent who assured me at different times the email would be in my inbox within [phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]hrs but still nothing.

I never received email as well for NFL Sunday ticket promo after upgrading my plan.  I called numerous times and was told i would receive email in 5 business days.  Still nothing.  Horrible customer service!

I didn't receive an email either after activating a new 5G Home Plus account on 8/29. By some miracle someone from customer support was able to get an email sent to me on 9/10 (after opening weekend of course). To absolutely no ones surprise, the link to redeem the offer doesn't work, as it has a pre-populated code that YouTube says is "Invalid". I've now missed a second week of football, and no one is any closer to getting this resolved.  I'll be asking for an account credit to cover the purchase price of Sunday Ticket, but will most likely just cancel the new line when they don't agree to that. At least it's a one month free trial for home internet! I'm also filing an FCC complaint to make myself feel better for 5 minutes.

At least you received the email. I've had a ticket escalated twice with a 1 week eta both times. It's been a month. No email. What a farce
