I see I am with many other people who were promised free sunday ticket and find it doesn't work and verizon won't help. A chat agent said they would fix my account and after they "fixed" it I spent hours trying to get my account back including 1 username change and 3 password changes. NEVER let chat fix your account. I still have log in problems but figured out how to work around that but still no sunday ticket
