Switcher Rebate

I have been unable to activate my switcher rebate.  I received the emails for each of the 3 phones I switched over to Verizon and the hyperlinks in the emails do not work.  I have contacted Verizon for a resolution and have not heard back.  I have been patient to let Verizon resolve the matter but my timeline to activate my rebate expires in 4 days and I have not gotten resolution and do not want to loose the rebates I was promised.
