Switcher rebate May 2023

Hi. 

I switched 3 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon on May 16 2023 and bought 3 new iphone 14 pro devices.  I placed the order using Verizon's chat. There was a switcher offer of $200 for each line. I confirmed with the customer service representative on the chat that I will get $600 in total for switching my 3 lines. In addition, there was a $150 dollar rebate of placing the order online. I shared the screen shot with the customer service representative and she told me that  I will get that rebate too. It is more than a year, and I have still not received these $750. I saved a copy of the chat too. 

I will appreciate if someone can help me get my rebates.

Hello, Abordia. We can check into this for you. So sorry to hear it has been over a year and you haven't' received your switcher promotion. Do you remember if this promotion request any action on your end meaning to submit info via our rebate site?

Abordia, we truly appreciate the information you shared. We dug a bit deeper and looked up the date of May 16th, 2023 that you provided, and confirmed that a $200.00 Switcher offer was not available during that time. This would explain why you were unable to redeem the offer, as that promotion was not available when you made the switch. Had you been eligible, you would have 30 days to redeem the rebate online through your My Verizon account: https://www.verizon.com/support/device-rebate-faqs/ We hope this information helps, and apologize for any confusion.
