I switched from AT&T (after 20 years) and was told I would receive a rebate. I was assured that I would have this in tome for my first bill. I completed on line form, checked back 26 days later and was told rebate would arrive 1/20. I checked inline and noticed it changed submission date to the date of my phone inquiry.
First bill came due, no rebate. Not really any assistance either except to say its being processed. I have let service be turned off because Verizon has not met its commitment to me at time of purchase. I was just told again, after the new date arrived, it might be here today, maybe 48 hours. Where is the accountability?
Is it purposely difficult to inquire to a live person about this and to get any accountability?
