Target Gift Card

Verizon:

Kindly explain the process of offering your customer a $100.00 gift card, the customer never receiving the gift card, and the customer having to either call or chat 10 times to no avail. The mystery gift card now expired June 17th, as advised this morning by a rep. It was never in my email, it was never in my verizon account. Who do I speak with to get this matter resolved? It is no longer about the gift card, it is about the principle of the matter. If you promise your customer something, back it up with customer service. What happened to this reliable company?! Customer service is abysmal.
