I was promised a $50 target card and was told an email would arrive on March 5th with the information.
I never received an email. Where is the email? They promised it to me and i called several times to confirm this. It is not in the rewards section of my account page either. Why was it not sent to me?????
Why was i promised something and then they did not deliver it???? YOu should not do that. They told me it would be here. Multiple times i called to confirm this and they said they documented this. How do i get this????
*****OK , I called in and this was resolved with a credit. Not sure why i had to go through all that and all that time but the card never came. Was told it would come on mar 5. Stop telling me things will happen if they wont. At least i got this resolved. that is a better outcome vs a Target card bc i never shop there.
gmopro1, We understand how important it is to receive all of your account's eligible offers. When did you start your eligible service for this offer? Are you referring to an email to complete the redemption process for the gift card or has your account already completed the redemption process?

This began a while ago and I was told I would receive an email on March 5. I never did. It was supposed to be an email to get my target card. I waited over 30 days from when they said I was getting it. No email and nothing in my Home rewards on the site. Never got it.
