VERIZON NEEDS TO FIX MOBILE+HOME DISCOUNT ISSUE ASAP!!!!

LAST WEEK I CHATTED WITH 4 DIFFERENT VERIZON AGENTS FOR TWO HOURS ONLY TO BE TOLD I HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I CALLED, THEY TOLD ME A LOT OF CLIENTS HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUE WITH MOBILE+HOME DISCOUNT BEING REMOVED AND TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE THEY ARE FIXING THE ISSUE AND DISREGARD THE ESTIMATED BILL. TODAY, THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED AND I HAVE AN UPCOMING AUTOPAY SCHEDULED.  SO NOW, I WILL BE CHARGED $20 EXTRA BECAUSE VERIZON STILL HAS NOT FIXED THIS PROBLEM. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.  WE SHOULD GET A CREDIT FOR THIS OVERCHARGE.
