I call at 4 pm to 3 am next business day with Verizon on the phone . I never in my life got treated badly. As Verizon did treat me.  They treat me I’m not human being

After I submitted the  application online, the customer told me my application had been proved so they transferred me to the sales people. The sales people ask me all the information they needed and then one hour later I’m on the phone. They told me,  no, your application is denied to speak to the fraud department. I talked to the fraud department I after  two hour on hold , they transfer me to the sales people again ,

sales  people told me I need to do a Prepaid line. I said ok so I paid 76$ for the line and then they tried to activate my line. We had a problem activating the line and then they transferred me again to the Fraud people.

The Fraud people are accusing me. I am not who I am. They don’t give me any reason. I told him I already paid and My phone is disconnected with my other carrier. What I can do is I need my phone number to go back to normal, they refuse to speak to me . I’m  losing my number two days with no phone because port (transfer)to to Verizon, but it’s not active ,

I called back again the next day to  talk to the Fraud people. To see if I get my phone active so I can go back to my previous carrier . I talked to Fraud people. they keep hanging up on me. They kept saying we cannot talk and they refused to talk to me. My number got disconnected with both companies.

I called again 5  hours later on the phone to get my phone active, but no signal or Service while I’m on the phone with them keeps saying you’re not a customer. Your phone is not with us. You don’t have a line with us. End of the story I lost my number . I did not get a refund.

Verizon needs to educate customer service how  to treat customers right not everyone is a sca.... IF you feel im not who im ask for documents ,not just refuse talking me after you took my number over  and is no way to got back ,im file complaint to FCC and verizon is going be on news ,the way verizon how they treated last 2 days is not ok if you don't want give me service is fine but you can't accusing after you took my # and i have no way to access to my phone . for now i would like get refund for what i paid

alialabudi, we don't like knowing that you had such a frustrating experience trying to join the Verizon family. It's understandable that you would feel this way, especially after a failed port in. We want to make sure that we're providing you with the right information to help clear up your concerns.

Our Fraud Prevention Team (FPT) works hard to protect customers and keep their accounts safe. It sounds like the new account you were interested in opening was reviewed by FPT, and flagged for security reasons. While only FPT is able to lift a potential fraud hold, based on what you've shared it sounds like the account was not set up. Due to this, the original order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Typically, this process takes between 5-7 days, and your refund will be posted to the original payment method.
Just in case you'd like more details about the review that FPT completed, you can contact them at 888-483-7200 Sun-Sat 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM ET. For your order's refund status, you can also reach out to our Internet Order Support team at 866-338-7390. To clarify, if the port was not completed, this means that your mobile number will still belong to your existing carrier. We hope this helps, and are here if you have any other questions.
