I requested a PIN to transfer my service to another company. As a result, Verizon offered me $10 dollars off each line as a loyalty offer. I accepted three of those offers for each of my lines. I have the screenshots of the offers.
Surprise! Verizon won’t honor the offers despite my screenshots. When I called to transfer my service, I was offered absolutely no discounts. Taking my over 15 years of loyalty to Verizon somewhere else.
