I pre-ordered my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra through Samsung.com as a Verizon customer to take advantage of the promotions they offered. Upon receipt of the phone, I was directed to Verizon to add the free Galaxy Watch5 and Galaxy Tab S7 FE, but they were having issues applying the promotions to my account and elevated the ticket, informing me to call back after 7 days. Upon calling back, I was informed that they would not honor the promotion since it wasn't applied as part of the original purchase. Is anyone else having this issue? Samsung directs all questions about this promo to Verizon since they are the offering agency...

I bought on Samsung.com, and they were running the same promotion as Verizon for the free Watch5 and Galaxy Tab S7 FE

I did not purchase the watch or tablet since they both required a new line to be added to my account. Purchase date was in February as a preorder for the S23 release
