There is no tab to redeem my free samsung tv.
Can anyone help me?

I am having the same issue. I have used every possible combination of words in the search bar and I cannot locate anything that refers to the free Samsung TV. I can't even find the "for you, on us" tile. I've tried using the chat assistant feature and it was useless.
I'll probably just call *611 and see if a real person can help me.

It seems to me that this is a marketing segment, why according to the answers here, there are surely many others who experience it just like us. If anyone has a solution I would really appreciate it!

I have had the same issue. I use the live chat feature the first time they told me they put in a support ticket and it should be fixed in 2 days but it wasn't. I called back and after being transferred a couple times I was told that I had to wait 45 days. Then the next day I get an email saying hurry up and redeem offer I only have 20 days left. Has anybody gotten their TV?

Same issue. I have had a pending case # for 2 weeks. They say give it another few days three different times. Still no code to redeem Samsung tv that customer service agrees I am entitled to.

Ordered a new phone in June. Here is what the offer said:
"Get a Samsung TV, on us:

So I waited for the email, and the email never came, and yes, I checked my spam folder. Part of the reason why I purchased this phone was to get that TV, so why didn't I receive an email? Looks like I'm not the only one.
