hello, so a few months ago I started a plan with a new iPhone. I went to the Verizon store and asked about the iPad deal. The man said if I purchased an iPhone 16, the iPad would come included for free. He said it would be delivered to my address within a few weeks. I have not received anything yet. What’s going on?

Did you not receive anything at all, not the phone nor the iPad? Would look up the tracking number of the package because devices do get stolen during shipment sometimes. Or, the order may have never gone through, if your account doesn't show any history of having a promotion or order applied.
