promotional credit problem

I received an email this morning stating that my phone is no longer on a qualifying plan.  I haven’t removed or changed the plan since Verizon applied the promotional credit to the purchase so pretty darn confusing email and when checking estimated next bill in my account it shows that indeed it isn’t credited.   

Anyone have a similar problem and if so; what was the solution?
