where is my rebate

Hi,

 

I recently took advantage of the well pay off your phone when you switch to verizon promotion. I ordered my new phone through the chat submitted my old carriers bill and was approved for the rebate. It shows up on my receipt for the approved amount. I received a push notification that my rebate is ready to be redeemed, but I can’t find where I redeem that rebate anywhere. I checked my account notifications and it says I have none. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased my new phone/service on 12/28 through the chat online so i could receive the link to upload my previous bill (which I did and it was approved), I see the rebate on my receipt but can't find where to redeem it.

Thank you for the clarification. You can redeem this by following these steps: Access rebate forms through the Account Activity & Notifications tab or AccountOrders Rebates.

@vzw_customer_support  I had this same issue.  There was never a place to upload a bill for the payoff.  I need to know where I can upload my bill and get promos that were advertised

I am having the same issue. I called Verizon  in early February and a rep told me he saw I uploaded the bill at the Verizon store and that it takes 60 days for it to generate. It's been  60 days and I don't see anything on my Account or notifications

I've been in a loop with customer service trying to resolve the same issue. They just keep transferring me to someone else. This has to be some sort of breach of contract.
