We have been using a 4G LTE Broadband router (Novatel T1114) for about 1+ months for both data and voice. Friends have told us that when they call in they get a message "voice mail account has not been set up" or something. We have an answering machine setup with the connected wireless phone, so voice mail on the router is not needed (or wanted). I cannot find a way to disable voice mail against the phone number associated with the router and certainly can't dial *86 since there is no keypad.
Has anyone else had this issue and/or resolved it?

Yes, we have a cordless phone connected, and as such dialing *86 doesn't work, however, dialing my home phone number directly, hitting # allowed me to set up that voice mail. In the end, I chatted with Verizon and just disabled the Verizon voice mail for that line.

Are you saying you don't have a phone connected to the line, that has a keypad?
If necessary call Customer Service (800) 922-0204.
