Been using my new ellipsis 8 for a couple months. Last night my 4glte stopped working. I have 2 bars, my droid maxx has 2 bars 4glte, and our hotspot has 4g. I on/off no change, removed/reinstalled Sim, no change. What next?
We’re sorry to hear you’re not getting a 4GLTE signal on your tablet. We always want you getting the best signal. Let’s check further into this. Have you checked to make sure data is turned on, Settings > Data Usage > Mobile Data > On? What happens when you try to load a web page? Any error messages?
