together with tech phone support we tried different modes with my iPhone 6; data only, data and voice, etc.... none works. Unfortunately I live in an area where Verizon says it has wireless coverage but actually does not.

I have iPhone 6. With setting on Data only mine works just fine. I don't think this is iPhone problem. Are all lights Blue? What happens when you call #48.

First all lights are blue. I did all those you described on the iPhone 6 including resetting the settings and recycling the extender and phone. The tech support who was trying to help me didn't do any better. I did fine with the previous models both the iPhone 4 S and 5 until I upgraded a week ago.

dennism510 let's continue working on this issue you are experiencing with the iPhone 6 and the Network Extender. Just to clarify, what annoucement do you hear when you dial #48 on the iPhone 6? Is Voice & Data enabled under Settings > Cellular > Enable LTE? Keep us posted we want to get this resolved for you.

Surprisingly it works now with the LTE in either OFF or Data only. I still couldn’t figure out how this became so. I made however the following observations trying the different LTE modes below:
Enable Mode

Message within 15’ range from the Samsung NE

No Tones

I eventually left the LTE mode in Data only. Hope this helps. Thanks much for your help.
