A.  does it work well?

 

B. does it have a RETRACTABLE antenna that you can stretch out about 10 feet?  Like the one I now have does, I now have the SLS BU10B

C. any issues with it?

Actually, I purchased one a couple months ago to replace the old 3G Extender at my son's house in northern Vermont.  It has been working fine and DOES have the antenna extension, like the 3G Extender's antenna.  Not sure about the antenna for SLS-BU10B but looks similar from the user guide.  It appears that maybe Verizon has built their own device instead of using Samsung's.
