Ordered Apple watch with 2-day shipping but order shows "will ship soon" five days later. Chat and customer service basically just say the same the same thing, "it will ship soon".
Ordered online to get a $150 discount, but not having the device makes the discount moot.
Has anyone had this issue and if so, how was it resolved ?
