My battery gets to 85% charged and won't go further. What do I do?
I have 4 of these ellipsis 10's deployed in the field for my utility operations staff. All 4 have identical software, usage, etc. I can not get them to normally charge past 85%. I did do a full battery drain on one of the tablets, left it charging over a 3 day weekend. Result = 86% charge! Since that extreme test, none of the devices under normal use have charged past 85%.
*I should state that these are only being charged with the factory provided charger.
Could this possibly be an issue associated with the OS? If it is a hardware issue, could this warrant replacement devices from Verizon?
What version of software are you on?
Please go to Settings -> scroll down to About tablet -> look for Software version.
