Downloaded Panzer General 2 and Ellipsis message said can't open file
DId you download the Google playstore version? Open Panzer - Android Apps on Google Play
Or sideload it from another source? If it's sideloaded, that may be why it's not working. The Ellipsis 8 is a pretty basic tablet, and anything that's even a little bit more than "basic" is not going to work well.
From all I've read this is an old DOS computer game, adapted for use on other devices. THe playstore version says it's compatible with "all my devices" - one of which is the Ellipsis 8. That would be the safest way to go, and the one most likely to work.
