We have the new model Network Extender by Askey. For our older model Network Extender we were able to get a firmware sent to us by Verizon support that allowed us to set the Extender to either BAnd 4 or BAnd 13. Is there a firmware for the new Askey that will allow us to do the same?
golmotr, software updates are certainly important. At this time there hasn't been new firmware released. -Tionna
