Does anyone know how to transfer apps to the SD card on this device?

I installed a 64GB SD card and I am trying to move the apps to the SD Card.  The application manager in settings won't let me.

You cannot move Apps to the card, they must stay in the device's internal storage.

You will need an app from Google Play. I have tried a few but so far I can't find one I would recommend. I suggest pick one with a high rating (4 or more stars).

You can move them but not with any preinstalled app on the tablet. You need to get one from Google Play

This inability to move apps is an Android/Google rule.  But, the Ellipsis tablet doesn't play well with SD cards to begin with.
