Ellipsis 10 Start up problem

Every time I power on my Ellipsis 10 it goes through a cycle of "Optimizing Apps" which takes about 5 minutes and sometimes shuts down before completing the cycle. How can I stop this?

Your time is valuable to us, too. Have you downloaded 3rd party applications to your device? Did you update the software for those downloaded applications by tapping the Google Play store icon?
