Ellipsis 7 adding folder to homescreen

I've searched this support site, all I find talking about adding a folder to the home screen simply says hold on an empty spot on the home screen. However on this tablet, the only options that pop up are to change the wallpaper. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou

That didn't work. Tried moving one app to the other, tried holding down a open space, went into apps but could not find menu. Vzw isn't understanding what I'm trying to do. That's nothing new, they are lacking support.

if you are looking to add games to a folder hold the game and put it on top of another game until all games are added to that folder.
