Hi all! I just got an Ellipsis jetpack. It still has the factory set password on it. When I go to my devices connect for access, it says password is not valid. I'm taking it right off the jetpack LED screen. I've tried on my laptop and iPad and neither will recognize the password. I did a factory reset just in case and it is the same password I started with. Any help would be appreciated!
